Odoo Payroll, right to the fils.

Salary rules that follow the labor law of each country you employ in, bank files the ministry accepts, and payslips employees can read in Arabic or English. We implement Odoo Payroll with the GCC localizations we built and maintain ourselves.

What Odoo Payroll does

The standard 20 Enterprise feature set we configure, train on and support.

01

Salary structures and rules

Basic, allowances, overtime, deductions and loans as rules you can read, grouped into structures per grade, country or contract type.

02

Contracts and grades

Contract history with start and end dates, probation, grade and pay scale, so increments and promotions are recorded once.

03

Attendance and leave inputs

Worked days, overtime, unpaid leave and sick leave pulled from Attendances and Time Off, with manual inputs for one-off items.

04

Payslip batches

Monthly batches per company, validation before posting, and payslips emailed or available in the employee portal.

05

Accounting entries

Salary journal entries by department and analytic account, accrued provisions, and payment confirmation from the bank file.

06

Reporting

Payroll registers, cost by department, year-to-date statements and the exports each ministry and insurance authority asks for.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes. Our localization generates the file in the format the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the banks accept, including IBAN validation and the civil ID fields, ready to upload to your bank portal.

Per the labor law of the employee company: Kuwait indemnity by years of service and contract end reason, Saudi Article 84 and the UAE gratuity rules. The accrual posts monthly so the liability is always on the balance sheet.

Yes. Each company has its own structures, contribution rules, bank file format and currency. HR sees one employee directory while payroll stays legally separate.

Yes, in the employee portal and the Odoo mobile app, with the payslip PDF in Arabic and English and a history of previous months.

Payroll has its own access group. Managers see headcount and cost totals without seeing individual salaries unless you grant it, and every change to a contract is logged.

Run payroll the ministry does not question.

Tell us which countries you employ in and how many staff. We will show you a payslip from your own rules.
