Odoo eCommerce, sell what is really in stock.
An online store in Arabic and English that sells from the same stock, prices and customers as your branches, with KNET, Mada and card payments at checkout. We implement Odoo eCommerce for Gulf retailers and distributors and connect the payment gateways and couriers each country uses.
What Odoo eCommerce does

Pricelists per country, currency or customer group, discount codes, buy X get Y offers, gift cards and loyalty points managed in Odoo Discount and Loyalty programs.
Checkout and payments
Checkout with guest or account orders, saved addresses, payment providers configured per country and currency, and express checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay where the provider supports it.
Shipping methods
Delivery methods priced by weight, zone or order value, free shipping thresholds, click and collect from a store, and tracking numbers shared with the customer.
Customer accounts and B2B
Customer portal with order history, invoices and one-click reorder, B2B accounts with their own pricelists, and abandoned cart emails that bring visitors back to finish the order.

What IT Horizon adds on top of Odoo eCommerce
Modules and services we built from real Gulf implementations, written to Odoo guidelines so they upgrade with the platform.
Payment gateway integration
KNET, Mada, Benefit and Fawry connected through Tap Payments or direct bank gateways, with refunds, settlement reports and gateway fees reconciled in Odoo Accounting.
Aramex and local couriers
Shipping labels, tracking and cash on delivery collection through Aramex and local couriers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with delivery status written back to the order.
Next.js storefronts on ITH API
When the Odoo website builder is not enough, we build a Next.js storefront that reads catalog, stock and prices from Odoo through ITH API and writes orders back.
ITH Hub customer app
A Flutter app for repeat and B2B customers built on ITH Hub, sharing the same catalog, prices and order history as the online store.
Works with
Odoo apps share one database, so eCommerce exchanges data with these apps without connectors.
Questions, answered.
Yes, through a payment provider that supports them. We connect Tap Payments or your bank gateway so KNET in Kuwait, Mada in Saudi Arabia and Benefit in Bahrain appear at checkout, and each payment posts to the right bank journal automatically.
Yes. The store reads quantities from Odoo Inventory in real time, so a sale in a branch or a delivery from the warehouse changes what the website shows. You choose whether out-of-stock products stay visible, accept backorders or block checkout.
Yes. We connect Aramex and local couriers through their APIs so labels print from the delivery order, tracking numbers reach the customer and cash on delivery amounts are reconciled against each courier remittance in Odoo.
For most retailers the standard Odoo store is enough and is faster to launch. Brands that need a fully custom design or very high traffic get a Next.js storefront from us, connected through ITH API, while stock, orders and accounting stay in Odoo.
Each order becomes an Odoo invoice with the tax of the delivery country: 15% VAT with a ZATCA simplified invoice in Saudi Arabia, 5% in the UAE, 10% in Bahrain, ETA e-receipts in Egypt and no VAT in Kuwait.
