Odoo Sales builds quotations from templates and pricelists, lets customers sign and pay online, and follows each order through delivery and invoicing. Yes. The quotation email links to the customer portal, where they review the lines, sign and pay a prepayment or the full amount. With KNET, Mada or a card through a gateway we connect, the order confirms itself once the payment clears.
Yes. Pricelists hold prices or discount rules per customer group, currency, quantity and date range. Each customer gets their pricelist automatically on every quotation, so salespeople quote the agreed price without looking it up.
Odoo shows a warning on the order when a customer would go over the credit limit on their contact. If the order must wait for finance, we add an approval step through ITH Workflow so it cannot be confirmed until someone with authority signs.
Standard Odoo sets the warehouse on the order header. ITH Sales adds a warehouse per order line, so one order can ship part from Kuwait and part from Riyadh, with a separate delivery created for each warehouse.
No. Service companies and traders who hold no stock can run Sales with Invoicing alone. Once you hold stock, adding Inventory lets each order reserve quantities and create deliveries, and delivered quantities then drive the invoice.
