This policy explains what personal data IT Horizon Solutions ("IT Horizon", "we") collects through ithorizon.co, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal data in line with the data protection rules that apply in Kuwait and in the countries we serve, including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and Egypt’s Law No. 151 of 2020.
1. What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, work email, company, country, phone number if you choose to give it, and the message or project details you write in the contact or consultation form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not build marketing profiles. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for.
- To deliver and support services under a contract with you or your company.
- To keep the website secure and investigate misuse.
- To send updates or event invitations only if you asked to receive them. Every message includes a way to stop them.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our operation on our behalf: website hosting, email delivery and our business systems. They may only use the data to provide that service.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
- A successor business if IT Horizon is reorganized or acquired, under the same protections.
Some providers store data outside Kuwait. Where that happens we rely on contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the data.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, form submissions are rate limited and validated, and access to enquiries is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people and authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you agreed to. Write to [email protected] from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook or Odoo take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
9. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
