We configure the devices in our office, so they work on the first day.
Before delivery we connect each mobile computer to your Wi-Fi, put the Odoo app or the Barcode screen on the home screen and set Zebra’s DataWedge so every scan reaches Odoo with the right suffix. Where staff should only use Odoo, we lock the device to it with Zebra’s Enterprise Home Screen.
Printers get the label sizes and templates your products, lots and locations need. Odoo 20 prints product and lot labels in ZPL, the Zebra printer language, through Odoo’s IoT system, which we install and connect. Every device is tested with your own barcodes on a copy of your database before it leaves our office.

Common questions
Yes. We supply new Zebra devices through our distribution partner in Kuwait, each with the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for each model is stated on the quotation.
We quote any current Zebra model available in Kuwait. If you are replacing discontinued devices such as the TC21, TC26 or MC9300, we recommend the current model for the same work.
Yes. Zebra mobile computers run Android, so the Odoo app and the Barcode app run on them. Zebra scanners send each scan to Odoo as keyboard input, and Zebra printers print Odoo’s product and lot labels in ZPL and any other label as PDF.
For one-click ZPL printing from Odoo, yes: the printer connects through Odoo’s IoT system, on an IoT box or a Windows computer. For occasional printing, labels can be printed as PDF from the browser. We set up whichever suits each site.
Yes. We supply labels in the sizes your Odoo templates use, ribbons for thermal transfer printers, receipt rolls for mobile printers, and batteries and cradles for handhelds.
Zebra prices depend on the model, the quantity and stock in Kuwait at the time, so each order gets a written quotation with its validity date.
