We set up every device in our office before delivery: connected to your Wi-Fi, signed in to your Odoo 20 database, with the Odoo app or the Barcode screen on the home screen. A DataWedge profile sends each scan to Odoo with the suffix it expects, and the prompts staff do not need are turned off.
In Odoo Inventory your team receives, picks, packs, moves and counts stock on the handheld, with lots, serial numbers and expiry dates read from GS1 barcodes. In Point of Sale and Sales the same device checks stock and prices on the shop floor.
- Wi-Fi and Odoo login set before delivery
- DataWedge profile matched to Odoo
- GS1 lots, serials and expiry dates

Common questions
Yes. Zebra mobile computers run Android, and the Odoo Barcode app runs in the Odoo mobile app or the browser on them. We set up the device so the built-in scanner sends every scan into the Barcode screen.
The TC22 or TC27 replaces the TC21 and TC26, and the MC9400 or MC9450 replaces the MC9300. Zebra no longer sells the older models, so we quote the current ones and set them up like your existing devices.
Yes. Zebra’s Enterprise Home Screen limits the device to Odoo and the apps you allow, and the settings stay behind a password held by your IT team.
Yes. We quote spare batteries, charging cradles for several devices, holsters and hand straps with the handhelds, so every shift starts with a charged device.
