Questions, answered.
Yes. Registration, insurance and leasing are contracts on the vehicle with expiry dates. Odoo alerts the fleet manager a set number of days before expiry, and the fleet dashboard lists contracts that are due or already overdue.
We add a fine log per vehicle with violation date, amount and reference, matched to the driver assigned on that date from the driver history. Each fine is then paid by the company or recovered from the driver through payroll.
No. Drivers are employees linked to vehicles, and users are only needed for staff who log in. Drivers who submit fuel receipts or other expenses use the ITH Expense Portal on their phone without a user.
Yes. Leased vehicles carry a leasing contract with the monthly cost and end date, while owned vehicles are depreciated as fixed assets in Accounting. Cost reports show both side by side per vehicle and branch.
Yes. Gulf fuel card providers send monthly statements by card or plate number. We map them to vehicles and import them as refueling services with cost, liters and odometer, so consumption per kilometer is visible for each vehicle.
