Odoo Events, every seat accounted for.
Event pages, paid and free tickets, badges and check-in at the door, all on the same database as your CRM and accounting. We implement Odoo Events for Gulf companies, training providers and associations running conferences, exhibitions and courses in Arabic and English.
What Odoo Events does
The standard 20 Enterprise feature set we configure, train on and support.
Event templates
Event templates with ticket types, seat limits, a communication schedule and registration questions, so a recurring conference or training course is created in minutes.
Registration and tickets
Registration pages on your Odoo website with free or paid tickets, ticket types that close on a set date for early pricing, and questions asked per attendee.
Badges and check-in
Printable badges with a barcode per attendee, and check-in at the door by scanning with a phone or scanner in the event barcode screen.
Automated communication
Confirmation, reminder and thank-you emails or SMS scheduled relative to registration and event dates, with the ticket attached as a PDF.
Sponsors and booths
Sponsor levels and exhibitor pages on the website, and booth categories that exhibitors book and pay for online, with every booking tracked per category.
Tracks and lead generation
Agenda tracks with speakers, rooms and times, and lead generation rules that create CRM leads per attendee or per order after registration.
Configured for Kuwait, the GCC and Egypt
The local rules we set up and keep current for Odoo Events, so the system matches the regulator and the way people here work.
Why an Official Odoo Partner matters- Bilingual pages and badgesArabic and English event pages with right-to-left layout, and badges that print the Arabic name collected at registration for government and exhibition audiences.
- Local payment methodsPaid tickets collected through KNET in Kuwait, Mada in Saudi Arabia, Benefit in Bahrain and cards across the region, using a payment provider connected to the website checkout.
- VAT on ticketsTickets carry 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia with ZATCA compliant invoices, 5% in the UAE and Oman and 10% in Bahrain, while Kuwait tickets are invoiced in KWD without VAT.
- WhatsApp confirmationsTicket confirmations and day-before reminders sent on WhatsApp next to email, since attendees in the Gulf open WhatsApp first, with the badge link in the message.
What IT Horizon adds on top of Odoo Events
Modules and services we built from real Gulf implementations, written to Odoo guidelines so they upgrade with the platform.
KNET, Mada and Tap payments
Payment integrations we build and maintain, so the ticket checkout accepts local debit and credit cards and payments reconcile against the order in Accounting.
Next.js event sites
Branded event microsites on Next.js that read sessions, speakers and ticket availability from Odoo through ITH API, while registrations land in Odoo.
WhatsApp Business notifications
Confirmations, reminders and last-minute room changes sent as approved WhatsApp templates from the attendee record, with replies logged in Odoo.
Training as a Learning Partner
We run our own Odoo training sessions on the Events app as an Official Odoo Learning Partner, and train your team on the setup we deliver.
Works with
Odoo apps share one database, so Events exchanges data with these apps without connectors.
Questions, answered.
Yes. Paid tickets go through the website checkout, and we connect a payment provider that supports KNET, Mada or Benefit depending on the country. Each payment reconciles against the sales order and invoice in Accounting.
Each registration has a barcode on its ticket and badge. Staff scan it with a phone or USB scanner in the Odoo barcode screen, which marks the attendee as present and shows notes such as VIP status or seating.
Yes. Sponsors get levels such as gold and silver with logos on the event pages, and exhibitors book booths online by category. Booth bookings create sales orders, so sponsorship revenue sits in Accounting with the rest of your income.
Yes. Ticket types decide whether a registration is free or paid. Internal training uses free tickets with a seat limit, while public conferences use paid tickets, seat limits per ticket type and an end date for early pricing.
If you want them to. Lead generation rules create a lead per attendee or per order, with filters such as company email domains only, so the sales team follows up on the right registrations after the event.
Plan your next event from one dashboard.
Tell us about your events, ticket types and expected attendance, and we will show you the setup from registration to check-in.
