Optional SMS code verification per signer role before signing, with each signer name, email, timestamp and IP address recorded in the signing log.

Automatic reminder emails at the interval you set, a validity date after which the request expires, and a list of documents waiting on each signer.

Yes for most commercial and HR documents. Kuwait Law No. 20 of 2014 on electronic transactions recognizes electronic signatures and records. Documents that need notarization, such as powers of attorney or property transfers, still require wet ink before a notary.
Both countries recognize electronic signatures: Saudi Arabia under its Electronic Transactions Law and the UAE under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021. For high-value contracts, check whether the counterparty or a government body requires a qualified signature or a notarized original.
Yes. The signer opens the link from the email on any phone or tablet browser, draws or types a signature and submits. No app or Odoo account is needed, and SMS verification can be switched on per signer role.
Each signed document carries a certificate of completion listing every signer, email, timestamp and verification step, plus a hash of the document. Any later change to the PDF breaks the hash, which you can show to a court or an arbitrator.
Yes. Odoo Sign works on any PDF, so Arabic and bilingual contracts are signed exactly as written. We prepare templates with fields on both the Arabic and English sides, and the signing page is available in Arabic.
